Carnival transfer from MCO to PC

We have already purchased the Carnival transfer from MCO to PC. We are actually coming in a day earlier and staying at Disney. It says on our documents from Carnival that we just received in the mail that the transfer bus is at 10 am. Is that the exact time we have to be there or could be there around 11 am? I was hoping to get a little time in at Hollywood Studios before making our way back to the airport.

If it says 10, then be there at 10......they may have a couple buses, but it depends on how many booked...they may also have assigned the times due to the number of people taking the transfer.

If you wanted to go to a theme park on the day you leave, you could have booked a shuttle service, though you're paying for the first day on the ship, frankly I would want to be ON the ship...

This is what the Carnival website says: How should I take this?

What are the flight guidelines for the latest airport arrivals and earliest return flights?

Latest Flight Arrival:

Arrivals into the Orlando International Airport: 1:30pm

Arrivals into the Melbourne Airport: 2:00pm

Earliest Flight Departures:

Earliest departures out of the Orlando International or Melbourne Airport for the 3/4/5 days cruise: 12:00pm

Earliest departures out of the Orlando International Airport for the 7 days cruise: 12:50pm

Earliest departures out of Melbourne Airport for the 7 days cruise: 12:00pm

Prior to your cruise you will be met at the airport:

On the day of the cruise, you will be assisted by our Meet & Greet agents and escorted to your vehicle for transfer to the port. Transfer service from the Orlando International and Melbourne Airport generally begins at 10:00am. After the first bus departs, transfer service runs every 20 to 30 minutes based on volume.

You do not have to be there at 10 a.m. for the Carnival transfers. That's just when they start. The transfers run every 30 minutes or so up until the latest arrival time as stated on their website, which says 1:30 p.m. I always use the Carnival transfers, and fly in the day of the cruise. My flights have arrived anywhere between 10-noon. Upon arrival to the airport you check in at the Carnival desk and they give you a colored ticket for the shuttle and they let you know approximately how long it will be until the next one. They will call the ticket color when the shuttle is ready for you. As long as you've got your ticket, they will get you to the port on time. You could always check with Carnival to see when the last shuttle leaves MCO. My guess is it is sometime in the early afternoon since they allow the latest flight arrival to be 1:30 and still provide the shuttle service.
