Emerald Princess

Does anyone know why the emerald Princess has been delayed from leaving Port Everglades today?

I read on Pescado Amarillo's blog that they were doing a cleaning due to the Noro that was onboard last cruise. That would be my assumption as to why it was late leaving.

looks like the emerald is almost BACK to port. thats the way i see it from the port everglades webcam. i could be wrong so someone correct me.

never mind. correction. it is NOT emerald princess . it is a different emerald ship. sorry!

Just off the Emerald Princess today. We had a couple hundred cases of Noro during the 12/17 - 27 cruise. They had to do a complete decon of the ship. Also, about 1/3 of the passengers were staying on for the New Year's cruise (about 1,000!). They also had to get off. We heard they were all given shore excursions to occupy their time.
