Disney PVP?

Question does Disney employ PVP's (Personal vacation planners) like Carnival does? I'm waiting for release of 2019 dates and wanted to see if someone can notify me when they are released. I know about TA's but I really like to control my booking. Weird. I know.

If you are talking about "agents" who are DCL CMs who supply you with their name and extension number and are happy to help you whenever they are on duty, then yes...DCL has these people. You access them thru the normal DVC phone number initially and after that will have their extension. The downside, of course, is that no individual can work 24/7. If your person is not working, you'll have the option to leave a message or deal with someone else. If they are on another line, you'll have the option of holding or leaving a message for a call back.
