Grand Cayman conch fritters and soup

We will be in Grand Cayman next week and we have done all the excursions that interest us on previous cruises. We want to walk around downtown and eat local food, not chain food. I'm really wanting to find delicious conch fritters & soup. Any suggestions?

Thank you, I have googled that and did find several places. I was hoping for some recent personal experience since places often change for the better or worse.

I even tried YELP, but nothing with that.

We ended up trying Paradise Bar & Grill. The fritters were delicious, as was the drinks.

We also found another place recommended by TripAdvisor, Rackum's, that was suppose to have good food, but after walking the town, we decided on Paradise because it was closest to where we walked. Next time we will try Rackum's.

Just thought I would update with my findings.

We have had conch fritters at Paradise, they were pretty tasty!

Sounds fantastic !we will be there in November, will have to give it a try.
