Yellow fever certificate for Cartagana

I am shortly going on a partial transit of the Panama Canal, which calls at Cartagena. I have booked a "Highlights of Cartagena" excursion. Will I require yellow fever vaccination and certificate to enter the port?

This my second cruise with Princess cruises.

Did a stop in Cartagena on Royal Caribbean Legend back in November and there was no requirement for any vaccinations.

We just visited in Jan. and we didn't require anything. We are from Canada.

Go to the USDH website and check the travel requirements. They list everyting you need for Countries outside the US

No. Only if you are coming directly from a country with endemic Yellow Fever is there a requirement, and the cruises don't meet that. If you were flying in from Brazil, yes. They are trying to make sure people don't ARRIVE with YF, not so much concern about people getting it there.
