Insignia - Extra costs

Would appreciate latest update perhaps from someone sailing right now mid-Atlantic about lower wine costs as there have been some complaints about expensive wines and/or corkage charges. have they been reduced or still $25? Also, the Spa sounds wonderful but what does, for example, a one hour standard Swedish massage cost? Thanks. Just trying to calculate all the "little" but important extras:)

A massage runs "about" $120. I believe I paid more for them though .

Sometimes during the cruise they have "specials"..
