I didn't see an excursion that went to the Blue Lagoon. But you can register on Carnivals website and then add your cruise and then you can see all the excursions they offer and the prices.

Does anyone know the cost per person of the excursion to the Blue Lagoon?

According to the Carnival site under my reservation, it is

Blue Lagoon - 5.5 hrs - $29 pp

Blue Lagoon w/snorkel - 5.5 hrs - $39 pp

Now that I think about it, it may all depend on when you arrive and how long you stay. We arrive at 1 and leave at Midnight and I didn't see any that went to the Blue Lagoon.
