Port Canaveral questions

Is there a place to drop off your luggage with the porters before you park or are they located in the parking garage?

How busy is the terminal in the morning? We were assigned a 12:30 arrival time but would like to board a little earlier, will that be allowed?

You can absolutely drop off luggage early. I'm not sure how things will change once oasis ports here

You have to drive through the garage - no fee of in garage for under a certain amount of time, more than enough to drive through - and circle back to where the luggage drop off is. Sounds more complicated than it is.
