Southwest baggage allowance

Southwest allows 62 inches for their suitcases. I bought a piece of Samsonite soft side 29 inch luggage. If I measure just the suitcase I come up with 60.5. When I add the wheels it is right at 62. The lady from southwest said they include the wheels in the measurement. Would you risk taking it? I will watch the weight for sure...but is it cutting it to close. I don't want to pay 100 bucks if it is a tad over.

We fly SW. I have a 62 case that I use. I don't even think I thought of the wheels. You will be fine. :)

We have traveled with suitcases of that size and never had a problem. Just be sure to stay under the 50 lb. restriction. A luggage scale is your friend!
