New York City - Holland America pier #/location?

Southbound

We will be driving into New York City from NJ for a HAL cruise. Does anyone know the pier number and/or location that HAL sails from?

It sails from the Manhattan cruise terminal. The motor entrace to all three of the piers that form this is at 55th street and 12th avenue. The piers that are part of the complex are piers 88, 90 and 92. You probably will leave from pier 90 but it can change from cruise to cruise but all part of the same complex(like an airport terminal 1 with many gates)

Last year we parked at the pier. Costs were $24 a day or $178 a month. Does anyone know if this has changed or not? Some sights are extremely outdated and still post that only cash or travelers checks being accepted, whereas we paid by credit card. Thanks in advance for any recent info.
