Thomson excursion reviews Grenada seven isles

For those that have done the seven isles, I'm torn between the following two excursions in Grenada , the "eko trek to bamboo fall" or "hike to seven sisters"

So if anyone could tell me what they were like I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance
