Falmouth Shuttle to Shopping

Several years ago we were in Falmouth on RCCL, and we took a shuttle from the parking lot near the pier to a shopping area that was about a half hour away. I can't remember if it was for RCCL passengers only or if there was a charge for the trip. It wasn't a regular excursion. Since the shops at the pier were still being built at the time, I got the impression that it was available to offer more shopping opportunities.

If you have been to Falmouth recently, can you tell me if that shuttle still exists and if there is a charge? Also, any comments regarding the shopping at the pier would be appreciated.
