Oh my... isn't that the best yogurt ever? I used to have the plain yogurt, into which I mixed fresh fruit, yet I am loving the new flavors that the company has recently released. I have this once per day, as part of either breakfast or lunch. Thanks for the tip!

(Good idea to request a refrigerator... let them know it's for medical purposes, as others have stated.)

Many of the Greenhouse Spa items on the menu are vegetarian, though many of these might be too light for vegetarians with heartier appetites. When one is eating at the main seating, lighter meals are appealing especially as you are often eating after 9 p.m.
