Seattle Car Rental

Does anybody know which (if any) car rental company is allowing rental at the airport with drop-off at the terminal (NCL - downtown) this year?

I understand that last year Thrifty did, but that it was a "limited time offer" that was only during the cruise season.

We would like to rent from Thrify at the airport and return the car near the pier. Is there a Thrifty near pier 66 and do they have a shuttle to the pier?

They are down at Pier 48 near the ferry terminal, until the new facility is built. They do have a (very slow) shuttle process. Details best obtained from them.
