On Board Duty Free Shop and Alcohol in Cabin?

We are cruising on the Serena in Dubai. Does anybody know if they have a Duty Free Shop onboard so that you can buy spirits to take off the ship to consume in Dubai? Also can you buy a bottle of spirits from Room Service to consume in your cabin like you can on Celebrity or Princess or is there just the mini bar?
