BoatYard and Nevile snorkeling

Looking forward to a fantastic time in Barbados. There are 10 of us on our cruise. Is there a way or need to schedule the Boatyard in advance?

If we want to go snorkeling with Nevile, I read that we should ask about him and try to go early. I am wondering if he can accommodate 10 people or would it have to be in two groups?

I did this with Neville and flagged him down myself. His boat is small. I bet you would have to go in 2 groups. This was the best $20 I spent on my trip.

I found a post where 10 people fit in Nevilles boat so I went back and looked at my pics. His boat is really small compared to all of the other boats but I do believe 10 people could fit. It might be tight but I bet it could work:)
