Gluten free in Baltic ports 2014

We will be cruising on the Celebrity Eclipse leaving Southampton on June 7. This is our second cruise with Celebrity, and our first experience was fantastic - they really did go above and beyond! I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for places to eat in the ports we will be visiting - Copenhagen, Stockholm, St. Petersburg, Tallinn, Gdansk, and Klaipeda. I have printed off 'restaurant cards' from celiactravel.com to help with any language barriers. Any ideas will be much appreciated!
