Any luxury cruises from Florida in September?

Are you asking about this September, just a few weeks away? There aren't many cruises of any kind out of Florida in September as that is the hurricane season. I looked at Crystal, Regent, Seabourn, Silversea, Oceania and Azamara and there's nothing in Sept. this year and I doubt if there would be any year.

While not a luxury cruise, you can have a luxurious time on Disney, in concierge, with a spa pass, eating at Remy and Palo, and booking plenty of babysitting time in the nursery for the 8 month old. Out of Florida. Next month...

Very few luxury lines offer five day cruises anywhere. And I would reconsider a luxury line with an 8 month old baby, You will give up all the "luxury" in order to tend to the infant. Disney is a good suggestion.

Most luxury lines will not take a baby under the age of 1 year. Also, unless you sail when school is in session, the passengers that are waiting for children to be back in school in order to have an adult experience would not be pleased if the baby cried in any of the dining venues.

Agree that few if any luxury cruise lines offer itineraries less than 7 nights and not in the Caribbean during hurricane season. On the other hand, there is "talk" about having Caribbean itineraries all year because there are so many ports that ships are concerned about visiting in other parts of the world. Of course, this puts the ship at risk of encountering or having to avoid a hurricane.

And lastly, Zika is now spreading in the Caribbean and Florida. Until they find a solution to this horrible disease, it may not be wise for women of childbearing age to be sailing in these areas (of course, Brazil is another area to be avoided).
