Default GO Airport Shuttle

Has nay one used them. Their rate quoted to us was $48.30 and that included the tip. That quote was to IC, might not be that hotel but will be that area.

If you have used them how long did you wait for more ppl?

Privite sadan is $80.50 and $90.10 excuitive privite sadan with meat and great at bagage claim for $90.50 both tip incuded.

Edited to add: if anyone else has used anyother service that late, please let me know

Yea i know SAS , but our flight arrives at 12:35am on Dec. 15 we have decieded to just go straight from FLL to our hotel in down town as we want to arrive to the port around 10:30am Dec 16. We coul stay that night in FLL but then have the 4 hrs, minus time to get to Miami, from check out to check in. Can not really explore downtown if you have bags in tow. Plus we do not have to worry about gettin up and checking out we can sleep in, if we choose too.

I'm leaving in 3 weeks flying into FLL and staying at the IC. I booked the private sedan at the same price you were quoted for 4 people. I haven't used them before but will check back when we return for an update.

Hopefully in the meantime you get some positive responses!

I have used them several times. Never that late at night, but for two people to Miami, we didn't wait for anyone long. We waited on average from 5-10 minutes then we left.

You don't have to pre-book either, go see the GoShuttle desk. If you decide on the towncar, just tell the starter, he'll bring one in a few minutes.

Thanks for the info. I guess my biggest fear is having to wait for 30 min after we get our bags. I know 30 min. is not too long but that late I am sure I will be ready to get to the hotel.

After being stuck in a giant Tylenol with wings for a couple hours, 30mins can seem like an eternity.

If you prebooked it they should be waiting for you at bag claim with a sign, but confirm with them. DH is going to be pretty happy.

I'm not sure if you're still checking this but I wanted to check in as we just got back last night.

We pre-booked a private sedan with Go Airport Shuttle for 4 people to bring us from FLL to the IC in downtown Miami. As the instructions state we located their "Ground Transportation Desk" and checked in with the "Limo Starter" outside the arrival terminal...and it was literally right outside the terminal. It was the first thing I saw upon exiting.

There was a car already there but another couple who checked in before we exited the terminal were getting in so they called around another car. Upon exiting the terminal it took less than 5 minutes (probably more like 2-3) to check in, pack up the luggage and head out. They were super quick and friendly. They also give you card with the car number and drivers name in case you forget anything in the car and need to contact them. I hadn't thought of that but was glad they provided it although we did not need it.

The car is a basic Lincoln Town Car that was obviously a bit worn in but comfortable and quite suitable for our needs. The drive took less than 30 minutes and the driver was very nice.

I've read on Cruise Critic about some drivers, not Go Airport Shuttle, who still hit you up for tips after dropping you off. This was not our experience as the driver unloaded our luggage, thanked us and went on his way.

Overall I would recommend this service. They were friendly, quick and cost effective for us.

No problem! This was our first time using these types of services on vacation as we generally fly into the cruiseport city and take a cab. While researching I understood how helpful it can be to have first person reviews when making a decision. CC is a wealth of information...

Awesome TY for letting me know and I am glade they didn't expect extra since tip was included. I think I am going to pay the extra $10 to have them meet me at baggage claim.

What airline are you flying? Not to try and dissuade you but we flew JetBlue and they really couldn't have been any closer. Whichever you choose I hope you have a great time and it's nice of you to surprise your DH!
