Haven't cruised in a few years

It is hard to remember when things happened.

 

Most lines are limiting liquids you can bring on board. Most allow 1 bottle of wine per adult. Most do not allow any other alcohol. Some limit non-alcohol too.

 

Most offer all you can drink for sodas and for alcohol.

Which line did you sail, and are you sailing?

 

There have been some changes on some lines in the last several years....drink packages, charges for room service on some lines......

 

We've been on NCL; princess; carnival and HA - this time we are looking at Carnival Splendor

There are significant changes on almost all the cruise lines.

 

Lots of cost cutting, crew staffing numbers down, more alternative restaurants, more rigid bans on smoking (happily :)), more cruise line created stops (Costa Maya, Grand Turk, Amber Cove etc).......
