What is the connection - Amadeus Waterways and Luftner cruises?

What is the connection (if any) between Amadeus Waterways http://www.amadeuswaterways.com and Lueftner cruises http://www.lueftner-cruises.at/en-index.shtml

All of Luefner's ships have the name "Amadeus" in them but the only ship that seems to be in Amadeus fleet is the Amadeus Symphony which I assume is the same ship. Does Luefner own the ship and Amadeus is leasing it or vice versa?

I don't understand the connection between the two companies - or maybe there isn't a connection.

Anyone know any details?

I did a quick search of this forum and found that on June 6 Steamboats answered a similar question. She said:

"The Amadeus Princess is owned and operated by the Austrian cruise company Lueftner:

Lueftner also owns a boat called Amadeus Symphony which looks identical to the MS Symphony operated by Amadeus Waterways. As the Lueftner website doesn´t show any cruises of the Amadeus Symphony and - as far as I remember - the brochure doesn´t either I assume that this is the same boat and Lueftner has chartered it to Amadeus Waterways.

But the Amadeus Princess and the Amadeus Symphony are definitely different boats."

You can find her post in the thread at http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=343802&highlight=lueftner
