MYVEGAS anyone who has actually redeemed

I know there is a LONG thread on this topic, but I am looking for input from anyone who actually redeemed the MYVEGAS reward for a free cruise for two and their experience. Did you have any problems? Did RCCL know how do deal with the whole redemption situation? Any input would be appreciated!

Over the past year, Dec 15-Dec 16 I have redeemed three myvegas Cruises with Royal Caribbean:

1. Allure of the Seas, Central Park Balcony, 7 night Western Caribbean.

2. Oasis of the Seas, Central Park view, 7 night Western Caribbean.

3. Navigator of the Seas, Promenade view, 5 night Western Caribbean.

The first two cruises I called the Royal Caribbean Club Royale Casino to book directly. Nice and helpful people. For this month's Navigator cruise, I needed to email Royal and they called me to confirm and upgraded me, to Promenade view.

Total cost for the five-days for two people (required at booking) was $230 taxes/port charges and $140 gratuities billed on the vessel.

I got a $250 on-board credit with MyVegas and had no problems - just emailed the confirmation to club royal with my booking number - instantly replied and had credit within 48 hours. Have not done a free cruise however.

How long after booking did you redeem your OBC offer? I found out about MyVegas, and I'm kind of addicted now. :)
