Booking Hyatt MCO

Hey Gang. My family and I are thinking about booking an overnight stay at the Hyatt MCO. We are also thinking about grabbing Disney Transportation at the hotel. My question is, can I book the hotel on my own and then ask for Transportation through Disney or do I have to book the hotel/transportation through Disney. I'm sure I can get a better deal if I book the hotel on my own.
