In Castrie, where the ship docks, there is wifi in La Place Caranage, the duty free shopping complex at one of the cruise ship docks. Not sure if it is free, but always see lots of crew hanging out in the hallways with their laptops - so if not free, then at least cheap!

also, a bit more in town is Rituals Coffee Shop in the Blue Coral mall - they have free wifi and also great coffee drinks and sandwiches, etc- think Starbucks rip-off.
