What can you tell me about Evelyn's Restaurant?

I can tell you it's a local bar that also serves some food.

And that's pretty much it. The owner is a real character: an old guy who will talk your ear off, and does all the cooking. The menu is very limited. The food is OK but not worth a special trip. The do a pretty good muffeletta, but much smaller than the Central Grocery's version.
