Which 2B cabin on Summit would you choose and why?6053 - Looks like balcony is larger - is that true? Location is forward

Can't comment specifically on the 2 staterooms you have mentioned, but have you looked at the 2C staterooms that are classed as the Sweet 16 on Summit. They would include 6016-6030 inclusive as well as 6021-6035 inclusive. The deck plan on the Celebrity website does not show this, but all of these staterooms have larger (deeper) balconies than the other 2Cs around them. They will not work for you if you prefer to be in a location other than the front of the ship, however, they are not that far from your original stateroom of 6053.

Here's a post referencing 6048 which is the same stateroom but on the other side of the ship. It appears as if the balcony is larger than some of the other 2Bs. Note the position of the lifeboats.
