When are Lecturers Announced?

I recall last year that most of the lecturers were announced quite some time before our crossing. However, I forget when that happened and where I found the info.

Any advice on when I'm likely to start seeing the scheduled presenters for our May crossings - and where? (Is it on the VP "voyage information" tab?)

I would take the list with a pinch of salt though as I have been on cruises where some or even none of the listed speakers were actually on board.
