Request Restaurant Recommendations for Fresh King Crab and for Salmon Sushi

My immediate family is going on an Alaska cruise (NCL Jewel) with my elderly Korean parents in July. When I asked about excursions, they said that just want to eat fresh Alaskan king crab and freshly-caught Salmon (sashimi style) and that any excursions had to involve minimal walking.

What is the best restaurant recommendation for fresh king crab?

What is the best place to go for fresh Salmon sushi?

(Given that it'll probably be their only and last Alaska cruise, I'd like them to really enjoy their culinary experience.)

July is NOT king crab season

What ports will you be stopping at?

If you are in Vancouver.... the premium Chinese restaurants put the crab in hotel tanks so they are available during the cruise season. Hope you have a large group of 6 to 10 to properly consume the creature....

One of my guides in Alaska said do NOT get the King Crab Legs.....it will be frozen. Get Dungeness crab, it will be fresh.

Since NCL Jewel sails from Seattle if you have time pre-cruise check out the International District for sushi offerings. Dungeness crab will be fresh, much more widely available and in-season so probably offered as "specials" at many seafood restaurants. A good bet for Crab (Dungeness or King) would be Chandler's Crab House on Lake Union.
