Any Good Outdoor Food Markets

We are going to St. Kitts, St Lucia, Barbados, Curacao and Aruba next month. Are there any decent outdoor food markets to stroll that aren't far from the piers?

Also looking for internet cafes or wifi places.

In cse somebody else wants to know: St. Lucia's food and straw market is near the pier. It is part indoors, part outdoors.
