Oasis class cabin 14297

i am trying to book an Oasis class ship for January 2019 and would like to try a Boardwalk balcony room but need handicapped accessible. On every one I try 14297 is the only one available. This seems like a strange coincidence! Does anyone know anything about this cabin? Is something going on with it that I need to consider before I book it? Thanks!
