Hotel for 7 in Galveston?

We are looking for a pre-cruise hotel in March, Does anyone know of a hotel that will put you up for one night and be able to have 6 (or 7 with a rollaway) in a room? I have only been able to find the Baymont Inn and Suites in Galveston, and wasn't too sure about how nice it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you book two rooms that are connecting? That might be easier to find??

We could but we were hoping to get one large suite for all of us.

I see La Quinta Inn & Suites Seawall West has a Family suite with a King and two queens.

Galveston, west beach. Rent a house on the beach or canal is not a difficult task. It's quiet and fantastic. We go in October when most of the crowds are gone. Don't each on Seawall, as you'll pay A LOT. Go in town; there's some great eateries there.

Ther are also homes in town available to rent. Check out vacationrentals.com, rentalo.com or homeaway.com

Some may have a minimum 2 night rental, but it is worth a try.

We just stayed at the LaQuinta Inn EAST (suite), there were 8 of us. Couch makes out into bed (this room also had queen bed in it.) Bedroom had 2 queen beds. Hotel was very clean. I would stay there again.

Laquinta has the big family suite that would work for your

group of 7.
