MDR - Breakfast ordering

This may seem like a silly question, but here goes anyway.

I enjoy eating breakfast in the Main Dining room on RCCL.

I like my eggs cooked "over-easy/medium", meaning cooked on both sides.

Is that a common term to use when ordering breakfast in the main dining room, or can you enlighten me on how I should order my eggs when I don't want sunny side up, but instead want the eggs cooked on both sides.

I don't want to confuse the waitstaff with unfamiliar terminology or make a big deal of this issue.
