Pineapple alcoholic drinks

Last time I was in the Diamond Lounge on Enchantment, the bar tender made me a great alcoholic drink with pineapple. Any ideas what he made? It was over ice.

Pina colada?

It wasn't frozen and the color of the drink was yellow.

Maybe you should have just asked him what it was?

It could have been a Bay Breeze. I get them all the time.

I just like a simple pineapple juice and coconut rum. But, I don't know what the bartender made you.

Pineapple Mojito possibly; DW has had them in CL on several ships recently. Not available on some ships, though. Needs to be made with muddled pineapple pieces and pineapple flavored rum to be perfect.

DL has limited mixers so that does affect what you had. I have to have my pineapple/coconut rum elsewhere because they only have plain rum in the DL.

Whatever it was, it sounds yummy. I love pineapple! :D

Well as a lowly gold member... I have no idea what the bartender gave you but some fun things to do with pineapple juice are:

1) pineapple and rum (coconut or plain)

2) pineapple and ice (aka pineapple juice)

3) was there any peach taste to it? I love l pineapple, peach schnapps and rum or voldka
