What strategy would you recommend for disembarking as fast as possible in Cozumel?

Hold nose, jump off, and swim really, really fast!

I am not sure I can help. When we were in Cozumel there were so many ships there that all the ports were full. We had to tender off which made our disembarking very slow. I think that usually you will tie up at the pier. If so, then the only thing I can say is get to the door first!
