La Guardia to Manhattan cruise port

You can take a taxi. I took a taxi from the cruise port to LGA on Saturday. Going we stayed overnight at an airport hotel and arranged for a car service to pick us up to go to the terminal. Just make sure that when you disembark you go to the taxi stand and get a yellow cab. Don't pay any attention to people that try to flag you down or hold an Uber sign. They might be OK but why take a chance. Just follow the crowd after you exit customs and cross the street. The taxi sign is around 15 feet tall so you can't miss it.
