La Guardia to Manhattan cruise port

looking for best option from airport LGA to manhattan cruise port. I understand LGA is under construction ! We have 3 people cruising in October

You can take a taxi. I took a taxi from the cruise port to LGA on Saturday. Going we stayed overnight at an airport hotel and arranged for a car service to pick us up to go to the terminal. Just make sure that when you disembark you go to the taxi stand and get a yellow cab. Don't pay any attention to people that try to flag you down or hold an Uber sign. They might be OK but why take a chance. Just follow the crowd after you exit customs and cross the street. The taxi sign is around 15 feet tall so you can't miss it.

What is Dial 7 how do you go about contacting them? Was the $28 per person? Would it be double that price if there are two of us?

You can get a quote on their site. The quote is per car.

I've used them and will use again from Manhattan to Cape Liberty in 2 weeks time :D
