If I were you I would go to the Melia San Lucas. Just hire a water taxi, should only cost you $5.00. Swimmable beach, use of the pool (free, if you w/buy beverages and food, too expensive at the hotel) Try Mango Deck and the Office for food/drink service right in front of the Melia, 2 for 1 from 11 to I belive 4. Also try Billigans right there on the beach. Great place to hang out for the day. Atmosphere is party time, but a good time you'll have.
