Can anyone provide information on the current Hotel Director, GRM, Captain's Club Host, Michael's Club Concierge, etc.?

Any other pertinent info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Leo is the Michaels Club concierge (just off this morning). Did not interact with any of the others

Captain's Club host was Graeme. Very friendly, humorous. Always remembered names.
