Best Cruise Line Consistency when dealing with Food Allergies?

I posted on the Family Cruise board a question regarding dealing with food allergies and consistency among the cruise lines (in hindsight perhaps would have fit better on this board). I felt at ease with Disney, Royal, and Carnival.

BUT I found it depend somewhat on the ship.

All of them have measures in place,,,you just need to inform them ahead of time. Call their special needs dept...all cruise lines have them.
