Shore Excursions Asia/Viet Vision Travel

Is anyone familiar with Shore Excursions Asia, a subsidiary of Viet Vision Travel, headquartered in Hanoi? We have arranged several Vietnam private shore excursions with them for a December Cruise. Are they reputable, reliable and trustworthy?

I used their services, along with a few others, on our recent Japan and South Korea cruise. In some ports, we had multiple busses booked ....

Corresponding and customizing tours was excellent. The guides were very good, everything ran like clockwork, and they are very efficient in their dealings.

I currently have one excursion booked with them for an upcoming SE Asia cruise.
