Need advice!! I am making our own reservations for flights/transfers so would love to find information re: disembarkation in Venice. What time do the Viking ships dock and passengers can begin disembarking?

I've heard the Marco Polo airport can be disorganized! ;) (We will be flying Delta)

Also any hints about good experiences with transfer from Barcelona airport to cruise terminal would be welcome! Thank you

For Barcelona, just take a taxi. There is a fixed price, if memory serves about 35 euros which includes an airport fee.

Your Itinerary show arrival in Venice the day before disembarkation. You will overnight in port before leaving the ship. You can go to MyVikingJourney and see the actual departure and arrival times for each port.

If I remember correctly it cost us 29 euro (and if it wasn't 29, it was 39) plus 1 or 2 euro per suitcase (standard fee for cabs in Spain) . Got the cab right at the dock/terminal and on a Sunday we were at the airport in less than 30 minutes. Planning to do the same again in December.
