Can you please give me specific information as to where to catch the metro from the port to the museum? What stop do we get off at there for the museum?

Thanks a bunch for the info....

To reach the municipio station (the new one, closest to the port), walk toward the main street in front of the port and cross Via Cristoforo Colombo at the light on your right (not the one closer to the castle). The light isn't at the corner so when you get to the other side turn left until you get to the corner, then turn right on Piazza Municipio. You're getting around a big construction sight.

Walk up Piazza Municipio for three blocks to Via Medina. When you get to the corner of Via Medina you'll see the entrance to the metro on your right.

In the station there is only one metro line right now, line 1. You want to go in the direction of Piscinola. You want the Museo stop, which will be the third one (pass Toledo and Dante). You can see the metro map of the line here: http://www.anm.it/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=71&Itemid=98

When you exit the metro turn right and walk toward the the big salmon/pink colored building, that's the museum. The entrance is in the middle of the block.
