When we were on the Pacific, it was so port intensive, I'm not sure anyone was awake late at night! It's a beautiful ship and definitely one of our favorites! I'm sure you will find food somewhere late at night, but there's always room service which I believe is 24 hours/day. I think the buffet is open until 11pm or midnight.
