Key West in the first port of call on our ship sailing out of Miami. The next port is Colombia. Is there a duty free store at the port in Key West? Can you buy liquor duty free since out next port of call is not the U.S.? Thanks.

No , but you can buy it on the shup duty free shop, just wont get it back until you end your trip :(

There is no duty free in Key West.
