Distance from Quebec Airport to Cruise Port?

Hello,

Does anyone know how far it is from the Quebec airport to the cruise terminal? Approximately how much would the cab fare cost?

Is a flat rate usually negotiated?

We took cab from Quebec airport to a hotel just above Lower Town (where ship will dock) and if I remember correctly it was about $15CA or so (2 years ago).... it was on a meter.. Lower town is a little closer and it may also depend on traffic.. this was midwinter after a blizzard and roads were clear but little traffic

16 km but there could be some traffic depending on the day and time. I never took a taxi but I would guess it's more in the 25-35$ range and I think there is a minimum from the airport + meter after a certain point (definitely not negotiated).
