Car Service in Fort Lauderdale

We are looking for a car service in Fort Lauderdale to take us from the hotel to the port. There are 6 of us with a lot of luggage. Any recommendations?

Also looking for ideas after disembark in Fort Lauderdale since our flights are not until 6:30pm.

Try Jiffy Jeff...wonderful personal and budget friendly service in Fort Lauderdale for a family of your size. Or you can use a taxi van...as this will be a short trip this would be my option.

Last year at the airport and hotel we were able to get a van-type cab. There were 6 of us with a lot of bags. At the airport we went to the cab area. There was a short line with a dispatcher filling cabs that were lined up. He asked us to step to one side for a couple of minutes. He called for the larger cab which was in the line and we were on our way. Same price as a regular cab ride. Did the same thing the following morning at the hotel. Just specified what we needed when calling for a cab.

We have used UBER several times. You have to sign up for it, but then your good to go for almost anywhere you travel in the USA... we love it.
