You will find most people here use the Intercontinental. I would take a look at TripAdvisor.

I am looking for a place for a couple of nights for next year. I have read great reviews about the Manava Suite Resort and it is high on my list of possibilities. Each suite has a kitchenette area that sounds ideal for fixing your own breakfasts and lunch. The pool gets rave reviews.

We stayed there last May prior to a Windstar cruise. We did not stay in a kitchenette room, but a regular hotel room. It is a smaller hotel and the pool area is very nice. Beware of the drink prices at the pool bar though! We enjoyed our stay there.
