Although I love the Eastern route, we've been to St. Thomas too many times.

We've only done that particular route once, but I'd do it again. Grand Cayman, the beach is great, snorkeling and sting rays better.

Cozumel has so many choices from beaches to dolphins to dune buggies, always a nice stop.

We loved Roatan; we too used Victor Bodden and did a zipline, island tour and a beach stop.

I like Belize too. We did the cave tubing with cavetubing.com and it was great. Next time we might go to the ruins or snorkeling out to the reef.

Really, great itinerary.

If she is stresed planning excursions for a Caribbean cruise then she will be certifiable planning a European one. So many more choices and don't even get me started talking about choosing bus schedules that will meet the train.

OP why don't you hand over one or two ports to someone else in your party to plan.

Been on the Dream once and Liberty twice....Love the Liberty more!!

Belize--do the cave tubing...they now have new tubes you can hook together and with head rests. You wear hard hats with lanterns and it is a lot of fun!

Roatan-agree Victor Bodden Tour

Cozumel--we had a bad experience at Mr. Sanchos...go to Paradise Beach

Grand Cayman--definitely stingrays...did this 10 years ago and our kids still talk about it!! We bought the video and our oldest daughter became a teacher and uses it in her classroom all the time!!

Have a wonderful time!! You are with family and making memories!!

Ahh belize....I must say that last june we took an excursion to banister island and it was one of my favorite memories of the cruise. Small island with nice area to sunbath and float around. The lunch was so good. It was a chicken dinner and my husband and 18 year old daughter loved it. The little bar is great. I am not much of a drinker but the pina colada was delicious. I didn't want to leave. It was so relaxing and I couldn't have asked for a better day.
