Parking for Boston cruise

Anyone ever leave their vehicle at Bra-edic parking garage? I believe it's very close the Black Falcon terminal, where the Dawn departs from. I found a price online of $16 per day - which seems very cheap to me. What's the catch? Also, I drive an oversized vehicle (pick up) any idea if they could accommodate that? The "catch" is that the price is subsidized by Cruiseport Boston for cruise passengers and you have to show your cruise ticket to get that price.

The garage has a height limit of 6'10" but there are some spaces available for larger vehicles.

You literally can't be closer without parking in the police lot :)

we sailed out of Boston last July on the Carnival Glory. They had a parking lot only for Glory passengers, which they charged us $60. for the week. We did have to show our tickets to get that rate. We also had to be bused to the terminal, maybe a 5 minute ride. To be honest, I don't remember the name, but it was an open air parking area, no garage.
