Best Beach for Shells and Sea Glass

I know there is a lot of sea glass on Grand Case but are there any other beaches that have great shells and abundant sea glass?

Would one be legally allowed to bring seashells from SXM to the US?

It is my understanding that exporting shells out of the Netherlands Antilles is illegal.

I do know that shells help prevent beach erosion so I think it is better to leave the shells right on the beach.
