Half Moon Cay Clamshell Rental

Just a quick question as I have not found the answer doing a search. Can you rent a clamshell for HMC while on the ship (maybe from the Shore Excursions desk) or do you have to rent it when you get there? I did not see an option to rent one ahead of time on the shore excursions page.

I thought I had read about being able to rent one before hand.

Also, if you are not able to rent ahead of time, do they have an ample supply or is it pretty much first come first serve?

I have never heard of them running out, so I think renting once you get on board is fine. The only possible concern I would have is the possibility of another ship sharing the island with you. But I still think it unlikely they would run out. Just book when you get on board.

I rented ours for our upcoming cruise in march under my booking area of excursions. I just like knowing I have one ahead of time.

I booked ours for march under the excursions tab on our booking under half moon cay. That way I knew I had one.
